DPP 4.16/4.17 does not let me change the destination folder

DPP 4.16/4.17 does not let me change the destination folder. When clicked on browse, it does not display the folders from the laptop.

It just shows "desktop"

Have any of you faced this error? I tried updating to 4.17 and still the same issue.

Please try resetting DPP.  Open Preferences (CTRL+K)  View Settings.  Reset User Interface.

Resetting did not work.

Also, Tried uninstall-->restart-->intsall. Still the same issue.

I am using Windows 11

Is the program installed for use by all users, or only admins.  You may need to check file and folder permissions when you install it.  Or, “Run as Administrator” might work, too.  But that would be a pain to have to do every time you want to run the program.

I tried run as admin as well. It did not work.

It's able to write to the same folder as the raw files during the batch processing. But doesn't let me chose the folder of my choice.

Try creating another user profile and test with it.

When I have had issues with DPP I used the free version of CCleaner to perform a registry cleaner.
