Hello,
I am a user combining the R5C with the fisheye lens. Due to the limited range of expression with 8K video, I tried shooting with a lower shutter speed to achieve a step-printing technique and got the footage I wanted. However, during post-processing with Canon VR Utility, it crashes whenever I try to export the step-printing footage. Is there anyone who can help solve this issue.
ps. It's a major oversight by Canon to create a utility product without providing a space for reporting errors.

Hi DONGWOO,
I'm sorry to hear the EOS VR Utility is crashing when you try to export your footage. To trouble shoot this we will need a little bit more information. What operating system is on your computer? What file type are you trying to export, and how large is the file? Does the same thing if you try to export a different file type? And are you seeing any error messages when the software crashes? If you are seeing an error message what does it say word for word?
