Hey There,
I was wondering if someone has had any similar experiences as me. I’ve had my Powershot SX7300 HS for years and the app for my phone to connect the two has always worked. I think there has been some sort of update and no longer will the app take the connection, it refuses to connect immediately and I have not changed a thing. The last time I used the app was literally two weeks ago and everything was fine, and had disconnected the same way I always do. I’ve deleted the app from my phone, tried to connect via Bluetooth, and did the classic turn off turn on of both devices. Nothing has changed, the phone refuses to connect to the camera through the app.
any advice?

Have you tried deleting the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings in the camera and set it up again?
