saving avchd movies to windows 11 computer for HF R700

Hello,

Have a Vixia HF R700 camcorder.  Looking for the easiest way to transfer avchd recordings to a HP laptop running Windows 11.  P. 158 of owner's manual says to download a transfer utility from pixela.jp but a message states it is no longer available.   New to this board and not sure where an answer might be, so pls also cc [email address removed per forum guidelines]

Please use the following link to download v2.4 of the Transfer Utility.

Note: This is the official link provided by Canon in their knowledgebase.  You may need your 12 digit serial number so have that handy.  

**Canon does not control this content.  I believe it was discontinued some time ago.  It may not function or work with W11.  I have not tested it.
