Camcorder Vixia HF R50 unable to connect with Windows 11 using Canon Utility Camera Window

I am trying to connect Vixia HF R50 to a Windows 11 computer. When connected, the computer clicks, and the camera indicates it is connected to USB. Still, the Canon Utility Camera Window indicates that it cannot detect the camera on the computer.

Does the Canon camera utility window work with Windows 11?

Does Canon have a Windows 11 driver to run this software?

I had to set up the USB connection to accept all as described in the manual. .

When I did that, I could see the files on my camcorder listed in file explorer.
