Vixia HF S30 Camcorder - Error “Failed in acquiring the reading Information”

I have Vixia HF S30 Camcorder and try to export the video through Pixela Transfer utility in a Windows 11 Pro Desktop. I got this message “Failed in acquiring the reading Information”.

If more information is needed, please let me know.

Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.

Hello sratnaso.  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The VIXIA HF S30 camcorder is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
