Hi there, I have a very old VIXIA HF R100 / HF R11 / HF R10 and wanted to download a video from it. I went to the support site and got this message:
"VIXIA HR10 has been retired. Product support is no longer available. Driver and content updates are not being made."
I tried to download the software but I got an error doing that too. I called Canon and they don't have phone support for this product any more.
Has anyone else had this issue, and do you have any suggestions for how I can download from the camera?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camcorder model you're using. Please let us know whether you're using the VIXIA HF R100, the VIXIA HF R11, or the VIXIA HF R10 as only one of those specific model numbers appears on your camcorder. While each of these three models is no longer supported, knowing the exact model number you have can help the community figure out a solution specific to your needs.
