EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!
I have spent the last 3 weekends trying to work on some video footage of some irreplacable family moments, but I am unable to get the camera to download the software into my 3 different laptops/one desktop. All are Win10, 64 bit, everything else I have used works just fine. WHY is there not a link to download this off the Canon website?
YES the camera is fully charged, YES I am using the USB cable that came with the camera, YES the laptops/desktops are on AC power
Any suggestions?? If this video footage was not irreplacable, I would throw the camera in the trash and never buy another Canon product again!
