I have a Vixia HF S10 that worked perfectly then I didn't use it for a couple of years. Now, it comes on, I can view all the info on the monitor screen, battery charged, movie mode, etc., but when I hit the record button nothing happens. The lens door doesn't open but the camera is recording according to the monitor screen, it shows it's recording. The small access light flashes red but I don't know what that indicates. Is there a reputable repair service that I can contact for repair?
