How to enter in HJ18ex...IASE & CJ18ex...IASE drive unit service menu

Hello to every one

Does anyone know what buttons we need to press to enter the Canon lens service menu? Previously, for J series lenses, this section could be entered by holding down the MEMO SW and doing a few other things. What should we do for the mentioned lenses?

In case no one responds, I've put information for contacting support below.

Both of these lenses are professional series  broadcast  lenses for HDTV..  I did a quick search and didn't find anything.  It might be best to contact Canon Business support directly.  I'd start by registering my products in the MyCanon portal to see your support options.
