Experiencing a malfunction on the default video picture styles and the AE compensation values on my Canon R5C, having a washed out and over exposed look on most picture profiles, and a malfunction on AE compensations at the same time!
quality of the video is not as it used to be, colors looks very unpleasant.
Have tried resetting the camera to the factory default, but the issue still remains!
Any solution please!
My warranty is expired!

Hi Sivand,
I'm sorry to hear you're having image quality issues with your EOS R5 C. To trouble shoot this issue we would need some additional information. If you put the camera in Automatic mode does the same thing happen? Is this happening with every lens you attach to the camera? Do any error messages show on the camera when this is happening, and if there is an error message what does it say word for word? Is this only showing in photos and videos when you play them back, or can you see this on the LCD before you start shooting?
Also if you have a couple of example images of the issue it would be helpful to see them. If you post some example images please list the camera settings used when the image was taken (camera mode, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, Picture Style, lens attached).

Hello Sivand,
What firmware version are you running on your camera?
Your description is referencing two different shooting modes. Picture Styles is a feature of photo mode. However, you mention video. Preset Picture Settings are a feature of video mode. I'm trying to understand what mode (photo or video) you are experiencing issues with?
Both photo and video modes have a settings reset, including custom modes.
