The Transfer Utility LE only downloads videos from the internal memory, and not from my 64G SD card. It doesn't even give me the option of choosing the SD card. Any thoughts?

Hi Dwayne_in_VA!
Thank you for posting!
There are a couple of possibilities here, but we need some more information to help us determine what is causing it.
The memory card and internal memory both should be assigned their own drive letters. In your drive listing, does the memory card appear there?
If this is a time sensitive-matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.

Hey Mike, thanks for the reply. I will reply in a more timely manner from now on - I was out of town for a while.
NO, the card does not even show up as a drive letter in the software screen.
Thanks!
Dwayne
