Help: VIXIA HF M30 - transfer videos from internal memory to SD card

Hi,

I bought this camera - VIXIA HF M30 - back in 2007 when my first daughter was born. I am trying to transfer the videos recorded on internal memory to the SD card, but the user's manual I found online and every video online I can find do not have instructions or illustrations consistent with what my camera shows.

Can anyone point me toward a resource or assistance?
