I am unable to copy a Black and White Document. I place the document on the platen, press the black button and a blank piece of paper is ejected.
MX330 When making a BW copy off glass (versus auto feed) it prints red. Test page and docs from PC

Any solution to why I cannot print a copy from the platen? I can print from the PC.

I CAN print a document from the PC and it will also scan a document. It just doesnt print from the platen.
