I recently acquired a new-to-me PC & I have lost the CD for my printer. I tried downloading drivers & utilities from support but it still doesn't work properly. How & where can I get the full install/setup software?

I have a Pixma MX 922. Can anyone help me with the correct settings for printing on Xerox Bold Coated Digital Paper? I tried the default settings for glossy photo paper but the ink smears badly. Many Thanks,MamaWolf

I have Windows 10 & the printer is connected by USB. The error message is "A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Code:9,230,0".

Thank you, Patrick. I did some poking around in the printer preferences & adjusted the color intensity & my prints turned out beautifully. I will definitely call Xerox. I never thought of that.
