How do I return my T5i to factory default settings? I am having problems with the flash and the metering and think I may have inadvertantly changed a setting. Appreciate any help. Thanks

I am having a similar problem. How did they diagnose your glitch? Did you have to send it back first?

Is it normal that this doesn't appear on the A+ mode? I found it on the P.

I am having the same problem and have been trying all that you all are mentioning. I just went to clear the settings. The 4th wrench is not available in the A mode. Is that normal? I did find it in P and reset. The camera does some shots fine now...
