My MX922 prints fine from my computer, so printer drivers are okay, no problems. When I attempt to copy a form, I get scattered lines--SOME of the form--all over the paper, definitely not the form I "copied!"
(This has been previously posted to Microsoft Community, with no response so far) About a week ago, my printer started printing things about 135%, which means it cuts off the right edge of everything I print. This is NOT a printer SCALING problem.....
This does not "answer" the question at all. Could you be just a little more forthcoming? Where can that service be acquired? What is it likely to cost?
I want to add further results of testing. I tried scanning the form I was trying to copy...it scans fine, creates a very accurate image as a PDF, and then I can print it out, again a good "copy" of the original document. So...there is an obvious fa...
Well, I worked on this for at least a month, trying to pin down what was causing this. Then, overnight, it went away...strangely enough, the same night Microsoft installed an update.... So now this is just a bad memory. Thanks for the attempted sup...
Thanks for your response. I have been doing extensive testing to try to narrow this down. I find that some particular print dialogs do not exhibit this phenomenon...they print with no problem. It is when I print with the "default" print dialog tha...
