My MX922 prints fine from my computer, so printer drivers are okay, no problems. When I attempt to copy a form, I get scattered lines--SOME of the form--all over the paper, definitely not the form I "copied!"

I want to add further results of testing. I tried scanning the form I was trying to copy...it scans fine, creates a very accurate image as a PDF, and then I can print it out, again a good "copy" of the original document. So...there is an obvious failure in the copy function, so I can no longer directly copy a document. I have to bypass the copy function by first doing a scan, then printing from my computer. I would appreciate it if anyone can suggest what is wrong here. Thanks.
