Hello guys! I'm sure there is a simple solution to my problem but I can't figure it out myself. I've purchased Canon MR-14EX II Macro ring flash and when I try to take pictures, only one side of the flash fires. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

What I know (an it may not be the only option), when you get a CPS membership, Canon sends you some coupons for free cleaning. So, what you need to do is just send your camera/lens to Canon with this coupon and you're all set. Hope it helps.

Hi Mike! So, are you saying that if a lens if weather sealed, then dust from a camera won't be able to migrate inside the lens? Did I understand you correctly? Thanks!
