The printer wont turn on. I press the button and nothing happens. I have electric power to the printer. Anything else plugged into the outlet works. Anyone had this happen before ? thank you
the screen on my imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 says the joint lever is not closed completely. sure looks like it is to me. does anyone have any suggestions ? thank you
