Does anyone know if there is any specific technical reason why there are no lens profiles supporting some RF consumer lenses in the NN processor; e.g. the RF800/11? Is that because that lens uses DO, perhaps? Thanks!

Just got our R7 back from Carepak service & was supplied with a "shot count".What EXACTLY does that number include? Total exposures, mechanical shutter activations, or what? Does it have the same meaning for all EOS-R cameras?Thanks/JH

Get a good used EF100-400m2, & possibly an EF1.4x TC. You would actually have been better off giving her an R series camera, there are many good zoom & prime teles made for the R series, at multiple price/performance points.
