Is there a manual process for updating the firmware on these ImageCLASS printers?My model MF455dw

So, after clicking into some menu's the screen will show a small 'return' icon arrow in way upper left corner. Is that small return icon supposed to be clickable, because I cannot click it. I have to return back by clicking home icon outside the touc...

So, from day-1 after getting my MF455dw, the printer makes a light knocking or banging noise when it prints. But oddly, this noise is the loudest after the the printer wakes up from a long sleep. But with continuous use the noise seems to wane away. ...

So, when I preview an envelope in the print driver gui settings window (win10 using the generic PCL6 driver stuff) it shows my envelope with text and graphics just fine, but when it prints the stuff near edge of envelope gets clipped by what appears ...

Can someone list URL for a vid that shows how to calibrate the touchscreen on this printer. Icons and menus are not aligned with touch, and it's making my printer use a real pita. Thanks.
