PIXMA TR4720 - I was scanning a check and the machine did not return it??

PLEASE someone if you know what to do let me know. This is my third Canon from Amazon and it fails.  If I lose this check it will be my last Canon. can you help please.

PIXMA TS3522I cannot print.  The printer is working.  New Paper.  New Ink.the email attachment does not print onto paper

I need help please:My printer needs ink - the green and yellow lights flashedNow they are "frozen". i open the front to replace the ink and nothing responds.
