Product Registration Page Doesn't Respond - Canon RF 15-35/2.8 L IS USM

I have been trying to register RF 15-35/2.8 L IS USM for a month now using different browsers and I cannot pass the second step where it asks me my address. The register button doesn't do anything. It doesn't freeze but it does nothing.
