Pro-1000 - Black Smudge on Leading Edge of Media

I'm geting a bit of black ink on the leading edge of my prints out of my pro-1000. I ran a cleaning cycle, but that didn't resolve the issue. Anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

In My Settings, how do you deregister print settings? For example, I registered/created a print setting called Canon Premium Fine Art Rough 13x19. How do you delete those?

My imagePROGRAF Pro-1000 is returning a 7400 error code. I have performed all the troubleshooting fixes that are suggested in the manual - cancel all print jobs, turn off printer, unplug, plug in, turn on, but the printer continues to return the same...
