I recorded a short video on my R5. I'm able to play it on my camera but when I connect the camera to my desktop, the video show 0 bytes in the folder. I'm unable to download it to my desktop. Suggestions?
I took some time and by hand bowed the paper in the opposite direction of how it naturally bows. This all but corrected the problem. Still, it would be nice if somehow the printer could compensate for the way print papers have a slight bow to them.

As a follow up to this thread: I downloaded and installed Canon's OS Utility 3.13.10 for Windows. After doing so, I was able to open that application and download the video file to my computer.
Yes, 11x17 became available. I was using a heavy paper and had to choose the manual feed. It just wasn't obvious to me. I knew I was missing something as there were virtually no posts about this being a problem for people.
Well I futzed a little more and I think I found the right combination. It always amazes how, when you take the time to do a post for a solution, often time you find the solution withing five minutes of your post.
