Re: MX922 Printer has error code 6001 that won't resolve

Instructions say to turn off, unplug, replug.Have done this several times to no avail.The paper tray was not closed when this message appeared - we only close it when adding paper to tray.Anything else we can try?

Thank you for your help, but it didn't work. Have tried three times. Maybe I'll just turn it off and try again tomorrow.Regards, Jen
