Instructions say to turn off, unplug, replug.
Have done this several times to no avail.
The paper tray was not closed when this message appeared - we only close it when adding paper to tray.
Anything else we can try?
The 6001 support code indicates the paper output tray is closed. Opening the tray should resolve the support code.
