Does the RC-100 PTZ Controller work with other brand PTZ? We have a Panasonic AW-UE100WPJ 4K PTZ that we are trying to connect with the RC-100 Controller. But, we had no luck. Controller is going to our PoE+ switch and the Panasonic is also connect to the switch. We set the IP of the camera onto the controller. No luck having it talk to each other. Are they capability?
