Speedlite 320EX not seen by Canon RP

I have just bought a 330EX new in box but my Canon RP only fires it at full flash and it doesn’t show in the menu?

@griffand I want to confirm which speedlite you have. If it’s the 320EX it is compatible with the in camera flash menu. If it’s the older 380EX from 1995 it’s not compatible with the menu. It will display only display certain settings grayed out or missing. I also don’t know if the 320EX is still under service life or not. So contact Canon for support.
