600 Speedlight not firing Canon R5 System

Hey there, I work at a printing lab. One of our customers Uses the Canon R5 System. They were also using the canon 600 speedlite off camera with a transmitter. They had two prom shoots back-to-back days at different schools. The first day went fine, the second day the camera with the transmitter did not fire the lights. When they would push the test button on the transmitter it would fire the lights, but the shutter would not. (the second day was in a newer Gym) They also had their set up in the middle of the gym. I have heard of this issue before with pocket wizards and due to Wi-Fi. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this and have any advice I can give to my customer! Thank you!

@ZackOppriecht Ensure the camera isn’t set to electronic shutter. If it is the flash won’t fire at all. Or if you’re using live view. Disable silent LV shooting.
