Is anyone here have seen the problem like this before and how to fix it? I tried to reset it and turn it back on but the error sign still there. It would be great if you could help me on this problem.

The good news is it's not an error or defect.
The "! WP" message means that you have the "wide panel" in use AND that your flash head is not pointed straight ahead -- you have angled the flash head up for a bounce.
The purpose of that warning message is to alert you that you may get an underexposure.
You can flip up and slide your wide-panel back into it's storage slot OR tilt the flash head down to the straight-ahead position and the message will go away.
