EOS R50 Error when reading photos, appear ? sign

Hello, I just bought my camara EOS R50 and Im having troubles when I want to see my pictures. The photo appears all black and with ? sign. Then, I transferred to my computer and make sure is .JPG and still not opening, the photo in the computer says is not compatible. Anyone know what is the problem here?

That ? Mark indicates that the photo has been deleted. That's why it's not showing up in your computer either. Did you make some kind of change to your settings?

Did you format your card before you started using your camera?

Try formatting it again.

This sounds more like an unreadable or corrupt file.  Please ensure you are using a full size SD card and not a micro card with adapter.

The card should be formatted in the camera before use.  Please test with another card, formatting it first and taking some photos.  

Report the results.  🙂
