Canon EL100 high speed sync with EOS 7 available?

Can the EL100 sync in high speed with the film camera EOS7? How to set?

No it’s not available with that camera. That flash relies on an EOS Digital camera with the external speedlite control menu. To set High Speed Sync/ FP flash. Without that camera menu you cannot set that. You need a Canon EX speedlite with an LCD screen to set that. Or an older model such as the 420EX to set it directly on the speedlite itself. Older speedlites have a switch to set HSS/ FP flash.
