When I try to shoot in fully automatic mode ( just to check camera functions ) auto focus point mark apprears in frame after taking picture. The auto focus is in AI focus mode ( this is being slected by camera itself ). I wait for focus point slection to be completed and then only press the shutter button.
Can any one let me know how to remove this mark.

Hi Sanjay. You didn't say which camera, but there should be a menu option to turn on/off AF point display.

Thanks for your quick response. I am talking about EOS 6D.

Press Menu button and look for the option in the Blue menus. I don't have a 6D so I can't check where.
