Hard to tell at a distance. Need to see the shape of the leaves and bark pattern. Region where growing would also help.

My wife says there are websites where you photograph parts of a plant or tree. Send the photos an get a reply.

You may be right !  It's a toss up between a Valley Oak, Beech, or willow.  I wasn't close enough to see the leaves, so I thought I'd ask 🤷 ...  🤓

It's all in the light and where you stand to get the color effects from the sun light and the shadows.  Bob Ross, I'm not trying to be 😃 but I'll take the compliment  !   😄 😁
