after dowloading the installer, the microsoft system says the app is not compatible. i do not even know what driver or what microsoft app to go to in the Microsoft store. what do i need to do to proceed?

This installer is for W10 and W11.

It includes the R40 driver, CaptureOnTouch and the product manual.
