Hello Community, I have two questions about Canon DR-M160II
1. I want to start scanning from the paper on the front of the tray not starting from the one in the back, how is that possible ?
2. Inside the box I have the KOFAX VRS CD but I can't use a CD in my laptop, so when I try to download it online, it request A SN , however, when I insert the serial number it just doesn't go through ? What seems to be the issue here? and what is the benefits of the KOFAX VRS ?
