CanoScan LiDE 400 won't scan fluorescent colors

Hello,

I've just bought Canoscan lide 400 and just opened it. It scans very well except for Fluorescent color. It doesn't scan it and doesn't show the color. Is there any solution or setting for the problem?

Hi ahmetyasinozden,

Please open the IJ Scan Utility.   Once open, please click the "Driver" button (on a Mac) or the "Scangear" button (using Windows).

In the new interface, click the Advanced Mode button in the upper right corner.

Once Advanced Mode appears, please click Preview.   Are you able to view those colors?  If not, you may be able to use the image adjustment tools available in the Advanced Mode to make them visible.

Please note, the CanoScan LiDE 400 uses a contact image sensor (CIS) and uses RBG LED for its light source.  Because of this, flourescent colors may not appear correctly.
