Hello,
My company just bought a Canon imageFormula DR-G2110 with the CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro application, and I am trying to setup the barcode separation for the device.
I was able to have the scanner recognize the Code39 barcode and add it to the name of the pdf, but now I am trying to see if there is an option to combine the scanned PDF with same barcode into one document.
Is that a possibility in the CaptureOnTouch V4 Pro?
Thank you in advance.

Greetings,
See pages 85 and 92 pof the product manual.
DR-G2140/G2110/G2090 User Manual (c-wss.com)
Batch Scanning - Combining documents should be supported, but there will be a blank page between batches if "Auto" is used.
