I have a friend that has a DR-7550c scanner and just recently replaced her PC with a new one running Windows 11. She was using Capture Perfect 3.0 to manage it on the old PC and we've installed it on the new one, but it does not see the scanner as being attached. I've downloaded the latest driver from the Canon website and it said it ws for Windows 11, but it still doesn't see it. I'm seeing conflicting reports on whether this scanner is supported in Windows 11 or not.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to make this work? Thank you all in advance. 😊
