Unable to download drivers for LiDE 220 scanner

Hi.

I have recently bought a new PC (i5 8500 CPU - Windows 11 Pro) and am unable to download the drivers to connect my pre-existing LiDE 220 scanner.  When I try to do so via the Canon site, I reach a stage where I get the message 'unable to load page' appears, followed by 'pdisp01.c-wss.com has closed the page'.  I have tried two browsers without any change.  How can I resolve this issue, please?

Try the setup utility https://canon.us/lide220setup it should work.

Hi Stephen.  Thanks for the reply.  I've tried the link but get the usual 'unable to load the page' followed by 'ij.manual.canon'?

Hi JR.  That's not what the page looks like, I'm afraid.  I'm in the UK so might be different?  

It's a bit like driving a car.  I know how to do it, but I don't know how to fix it when it goes wrong!
