When I scan a photo using the IJ Scan utility (or any other scan software for that matter), the resulting image is not cropped and contains a lot of white space from the surrounding area of the flatbed. Running Win 11. What is the solution? Works properly when connected to my wife's laptop (Win 10).

Hi,
You can adjust the cropping frame within IJ Scan Utility. Please click HERE for more information.

Thank you for the reply, but this does not help. I am not trying to do an image stitch. The scanner used to automatically crop the photo size (ie. 4x6) when I used the Photo or Auto Scan. Since I posted this, it is now working sporadically. Sometimes it crops the photo correctly, other times there is a thin line of white space under the photo and other time there is white space that continues from the bottom of the photo to the end of the flatbed. It is also the same on my other laptop. If I disconnect it and let it sit a while, sometimes it starts working again for a while.
