I am getting this error when scanning a document with a sticky note attached. I have attempted to make the necessary driver changes to support the 'Rapid Recovery system' ( ultrasonic detection and enabling rapid recovery system ) according to the knowledge base article ART173713, but I am unable to get the action to take place.
Back story, I was able to get past this late last year on the same scanner, albeit it took a few gyrations. But the PC it was connected to failed and I am unable to get it enabled on the new PC.
I do see that I have no 'setting' option on the rapid recover system page....wondering if there is a different version of the driver out, or if there is some know process and order that needs to be followed ( like set driver, power off the scanner, restart the system, etc ?? ) or maybe some insight into the registry area this driver set is working from where I can validate settings ?
Many thanks in advance.
