I purchased a new computer that has Sonoma OS for Mac. The scanner will no longer work I get a message that states "Cannot Use Driver" I downloaded the latest updates from Canon but they did not change that. Every once and a while it will scan but when I put in a new document it will no longer work.

Hi,
If the scanner was connected when installing the driver and software, please disconnect the scanner USB cord and remove the remove scanner. After the scanner is removed, restart your Mac.
After the restart, click HERE and download/install the driver and software while the scanner USB cord is disconnected. Once that is done, reconnect the scanner and open CaptureOnTouch to try and scan.
If the issue persists, please contact us Canon support at 1-800-423-2366, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).
