Lately I have been unable to use my CanoScan LiDe 300 more than for one page, and then only by using the AutoScan function. Also, I successfully downloaded the IJ Scan Utility but can't get a shortcut to work. I'm using Windows 11. BTW, I've used Canon scanners before and never had this trouble.

When you scan using the Document button, do you get an error?
If so, what is the exact error message that appears on your screen?
