I have a Canon Lide300 that will not scan a normal letter size document properly. The document is aligned at the arrow on the top left but one inch on the right side of the document (as you're facing the scanner) is black as if the document is wider than expected. The document is EXACTLY the size of the white area on the lid. I could really use some help. I have never been able to scan a document normally, there's always a black line on one side or the other, I usually have to reposition a few times to get an entire document scanned without black lines. I am very disappointed in this scanner and ready to buy a different one. I'm just scanning normal documents which should be a scanner's bread and butter. Thanks in advance for any help.
