Hi.
I just bought a CanoScan 9000F mark ii and it works great except one thing. I bought the scanner used and the previus owner had lost the film racks. So i made one out of cardboard (it didn't scan without anything blocking the light). The problem now is that everytime i try to scan film it comes out very very blue and harsh. when i do monocrome negatives the shadows turn all black and the well exposed parts looks quite all right. Can anyone help me? I have no idea what to do and i can't seem to find anyone who sells these racks cheap in Norway... I also cannot seem to get MP Navigator EX to work on my windows 10 laptop, even though i installed the 9000F version.
Jon
