Blurry Scans with Lide 300

Hi,

I have been trying everything I can to get a clear scan of the card/slab below. The image seen was scanned at 600dpi. Any tips in terms of settings to use to sharpen it up?

This is a plastic card case, the label on top is printed on holographic paper. I have scanned cards like this on a Xerox VersaLink and they come out crystal clear.
