XA30 Card Slots???

On the XA30 camera can 1 slot be used for video only and the other be set to capture stills only?? Feedback appreciated.

If I am reading and understanding the user manual correctly then it appears as though you can designate one memory card slot for video and one memory card slot for photos.  

Look on page 39 of the manual for specific instruction on how to do this.
